hereby known as “Renter” agrees to rent from NamesRenter.com.,

conditions:
It is
understood and agreed upon that the Renter UNDERSTANDS THAT USE OF THE
DOMAIN NAME MAY BE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS IN ALL JURISDICTIONS IN
WHICH THE DOMAIN NAME IS USED OR ACCESSIBLE, INCLUDING THOSE CONCERNING
TRADEMARKS AND OTHER TYPES OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. THIS AGREEMENT
CONFERS NO TRADEMARK RIGHTS, OWNERSHIP OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
RIGHTS IN THE DOMAIN NAME. THE USE OF THE DOMAIN NAME MUST BE FOR LEGAL
USE ONLY. THIS AGREEMENT HAS TO BE SIGNED AND SENT TO NAMESRENTER
BEFORE IT BECOMES ACTIVE/
The term
of this Rental shall be for 12 consecutive months, commencing on
___________________, 2006 and ending ___________________, 2007.
The Rent shall be $ _______.00 per year. Payment
is made in advance.
The Renter will have Exclusive Rights to this Domain Name
and that NamesRenter.com cannot sell, rent, transfer, or convey the Name
to any other person or entity during this Rental Period.
The Full Ownership price of this domain name is $________.00
if the Renter wishes to buy the name during the rental term. The
Selling and Rental price will remain in effect at this
price for as long as the Renter maintains the name in good
standing. There are NO additional fees to Rent or Buy this
domain name except if Icann increases it's fees.
The Renter acknowledges that NamesRenter.com. as the owner of this
domain name SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO THE USE, OR THE
INABILITY TO USE, THE DOMAIN NAME, OR IN ANY OTHER WAY RELATED TO
THE DOMAIN NAME. This includes the free services of domain name
forwarding and email forwarding since those services are provided by a
third party whom the name is registered with and is outside of the
control of NamesRenter.com. It will be the sole responsibility of the
Renter to check that the services of the name are working correctly.
Any new DNS, domain name forwarding, or email forwarding changes will be
made within 14 days of notification from Renter.
Failure of renewing this rental agreement within 10 Days of the
expiration date will constitute a cancellation of this agreement and
continued use of the domain name.
State of Michigan, U.S.A. law governs this entire agreement. This
instrument shall represent the entire Agreement between the parties
hereto; any other or prior understandings or agreements being hereby
canceled, having no further force and effect thereof. This agreement
may not be assigned or transferred in any manner by either party without
prior written notification.
